These terms govern every order placed with PROJECT M4X ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them. We may update these terms at any time; the version published when you order is the version that applies to you.
Every piece is handmade in India in small runs, typically around 20 units per item. Because production begins only after your payment is verified, each order is treated as a custom, made-to-order item.
Colours, print placement, wash and measurements may vary slightly between pieces. This is a characteristic of garment-dyed, hand-finished production and is not a defect.
Stock is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing items in your bag does not reserve them. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full. Sold-out pieces may not be restocked.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is by UPI. Your order is not confirmed until we have manually verified your payment reference (UTR) against our records. Submitting an incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable UTR will delay or void your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a pricing error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent or resale activity. In such cases any amount received will be refunded in full.
Dispatch is typically 10–14 days from payment approval. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied by you, or parcels marked delivered by the carrier.
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because all items are made to order in limited quantities, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, size swaps or store credit for change of mind, incorrect size selection, delayed delivery, or any other reason outside clause 7.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been approved and production has begun.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is materially damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photographs of the item and the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Every claim is assessed individually and at our sole discretion. Where a claim is accepted, we will choose the remedy — repair, replacement (subject to stock) or refund. Claims raised after 48 hours, without photographic evidence, or relating to normal variation described in clause 2, general wear, washing damage, or alterations, will not be accepted.
Follow the washcare instructions listed on each product. Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing or storage is not covered.
All designs, artwork, logos, photography and site content are the property of PROJECT M4X. You may not reproduce, resell, or manufacture our designs without written permission. Items are sold for personal use; commercial resale is not permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact details, delivery address and payment reference. We do not sell your data. Payment screenshots are used solely to verify your transaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
