1. About these terms

These terms govern every order placed with PROJECT M4X ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them. We may update these terms at any time; the version published when you order is the version that applies to you.

2. Our products

Pieces are produced in advance in small runs, typically around 20 units per item, and are sold from stock against a fixed SKU. Your order is picked and packed from that existing stock; it is not manufactured after you buy. Where a particular item is made to order, that is stated on its product page.

Colours, print placement, wash and measurements may vary slightly between pieces. This is a characteristic of garment-dyed, hand-finished production and is not a defect.

3. Availability

Stock is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing items in your bag does not reserve them. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full. Sold-out pieces may not be restocked.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Your order is confirmed automatically the moment your payment is verified. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a pricing error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent or resale activity. In such cases any amount received will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 days within Delhi NCR, 1–7 days elsewhere in India and 1–14 days internationally, counted from dispatch. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships and can also be retrieved on this site using your Order ID. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied by you, or parcels marked delivered by the carrier.

International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid.

6. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We accept returns only where an item is defective, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered. Those claims are handled under clause 7 below. Outside clause 7 we do not offer refunds, exchanges, size swaps or store credit — including for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before it is dispatched. Once it has been handed to the carrier it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this clause limits any right available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is materially damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photographs of the item and the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Every claim is assessed individually and at our sole discretion. Where a claim is accepted, we will choose the remedy — repair, replacement (subject to stock) or refund. Claims raised after 48 hours, without photographic evidence, or relating to normal variation described in clause 2, general wear, washing damage, or alterations, will not be accepted.

8. Care

Follow the washcare instructions listed on each product. Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing or storage is not covered.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photography and site content are the property of PROJECT M4X. You may not reproduce, resell, or manufacture our designs without written permission. Items are sold for personal use; commercial resale is not permitted.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact details, delivery address and payment reference. We do not sell your data. Payment screenshots are used solely to verify your transaction. When you accept our terms at checkout or raffle entry, we also keep a record of that acceptance (timestamp, IP address and terms version) for legal compliance.

12. Raffle 01

Entry. Selected orders include a raffle entry card. Scanning the card's QR code and verifying your Order ID at projectm4x.shop/raffle01 enters you into Raffle 01. One entry per Order ID.

Tickets. Every verified order receives raffle tickets based on its order value: orders of ₹2,400 or more receive 2 tickets, and orders below ₹2,400 receive 1 ticket, regardless of which products make up the order. Ticket counts are computed automatically from the order total at the time of purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. Every ticket has an equal chance in the draw.

Draw threshold. The draw takes place only once at least 50 tickets have been issued, and goes live as soon as the 50-ticket mark is reached. If the mark has not been reached, the draw is postponed until it is.

Draw process. The draw is livestreamed on @projectm4x.shop. The winning ticket is selected by a random generator and a spinning wheel, with no manual influence over the outcome and every ticket carrying an equal chance. The date and time of the draw are announced in advance, and the draw window and the entry data used are documented and retained.

Consent record. When you accept these terms at checkout or when entering the raffle, we record your acceptance together with the timestamp, your IP address and the version of the terms in force, and we retain the text of that version.

Prize. One drift training session with Drift Lab (value ₹60,000+), including the use of a drift-prepared vehicle, fuel and tyres. A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is payable on the day of the session, held solely against damage to the vehicle and returned in full afterwards. The winner is announced on @projectm4x.shop; the prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and session dates are subject to scheduling and weather. Entrants must hold a valid driving licence or be accompanied as agreed with Drift Lab.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
